No surprises.

You get one full calendar month of access to the complete platform — all three modules, all features, for your full fleet. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, you choose whether to continue on a paid plan.

Your fleet size is the number of active vehicles registered in your account. If you add vehicles mid-month, the additional vehicles are pro-rated for the remainder of that billing month.

Your entire fleet moves to the lower per-vehicle rate as soon as you cross a threshold. So once you have 21 vehicles, every vehicle in your fleet is billed at £14 per month. Once you reach 50 vehicles, every vehicle drops to £12 per month.

No setup fees and no hidden costs. The per-vehicle monthly price is all you pay. Automated customer SMS notifications are included — there is no separate SMS usage charge.

Unlimited. Your monthly cost is based on the number of vehicles in your fleet, not the number of office staff or administrators using the platform. Add as many receptionists, dispatchers and admin users as you need at no extra cost.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of your current billing month. Your data is retained in accordance with our privacy policy and deleted securely on request.

No. Drivers are covered by your fleet subscription. The driver app is installed on admin-approved devices at no additional cost. Your monthly charge is per vehicle, not per driver login.
